It has been a long time since i have written anything on here so I will try to remember what happened the last few days at babsi's house..... Here I go... hahaha
So the next night we went to this Mexican bar called Sausalito’s it is amazing we went there for happy hour and got a little trashed. We had planned to go to Sausalito’s then go see My Sisters Keeper... Worst idea ever... I had a couple of champagnes and a couple of cocktails so it was fair to say I was pretty mashed by the time we got into the movies. The movie was in German of course but despite that I cried the whole way through... It was horrible :( I think the movie would have been extremely sad if I was sober and if it was in English but I don’t think the alcohol helped. It sucked. We should have just stayed at the cocktail bar and talked about happy things. When we left it felt like I had a hangover! I had a pounding headache and was heaps hunger... Ohhh well.
The next day we went to Babsi's friend Manu's going away party. It was pretty sad but a pretty good party... I don't remember much of this night except that I love German potato salad. yummmmm.
The next day me and babsi went shopping just down the road to pick up a couple of things I needed for contiki... 100pk condoms.... they go so fast! Just kidding mum. That night we went to a bonfire they have for something… Summer? I don’t remember. I rode a bike there. That was interesting. I bashed one of my handles into a pole and almost stacked it. But then the rest of the ride was ok, except for when babsi was on the phone and I had no clue where we were going. The bonfire was cool, I had a couple of champagnes, but later on babsi started to feel sick so we stayed at Jacobs who didn’t live to far away. Thank god I didn’t have to ride the bike with alcohol in my system. I would have stacked it for shiz.
On Sunday I finally got to meet babsi’s cousin Judith and we went to a restaurant called Waldeslust it was nice. Babsi was laughing at me because I couldn’t pronounce the meal I wanted so I just mumbled my way through it. She thought it was hilarious…
On my last couple of days in Munich I just chilled out and got ready for contiki… On the Tuesday night I cooked stir-fry for babsi’s parents which Marta said she appreciated. I wish I could have cooked more for them but we really weren’t home enough.
On Wednesday the 9th of September I went to Hayleys in London it was sad leaving babsi :( I cried on the plane a bit. But after a while I realized if I don’t stop I will 1. Look disgusting when I get off the plane and 2. Look like I wasn’t happy to see Hayley, which I was. So I just started thinking happy thoughts and then suddenly I was at Hayley’s house. I really like it here place is really cute and so close to everything.
On Thursday I went to Buckingham palace while Hayley was at work. It was about 15 pound to go in and an audio tour was included. That was good because otherwise I would have just walked around like a zombie. It is beautiful in there but it’s more interesting when you find out what it all means. So that took up most of my day and then I met Hayley later and we went to go see Oliver. Hayley’s house mate at the time got £4.50 tickets through her job. It was so awesome they had so many different scenes and props flying out of nowhere. It was well worth the £4.50. The next day I tried to pack and get ready for my contiki but I got distracted by Skype for a good couple of hours. It was really good to talk to mum, dad and mark though. I finally packed and left the house and got to my hotel and checked in by about 5. I had a meeting at 7 for the contiki. I got up to my room and dumped all my shit. I had picked up a couple of tube papers so I could read them and chill out. Then I looked in my handbag and realized I still had Hayley’s house key which was meant to be sitting in her letter box so she could get in after work. I had to travel to battersea and back to drop it off. All together this was about an hour and a half. I was spewing but at least I got to my meeting on time and I got to say a proper goodbye to Hayley before I left.
That’s all I am going to write for now. Gotta go do some washing :)
